HankelTransform

``HankelTransform`` is the low-level sampled radial transform used internally by
``HarmonicTransform``.  It is public for specialist calculations that already
have one radial profile and an explicit momentum grid.  Most four-center
workflows should use :class:`HarmonicTransform`.
